I didn't realize I had given him the last word—though I made very clear that I disagreed with him—so it's useful to hear your perspective.

As for commenting about that conflict here, I'm guessing that this is just about the only option you had, so I totally get it, though I'd prefer to keep these things separate. And I should mention the reason I cut off comments there and in most/all of the Israel threads is I'm done engaging with people accusing Israel of genocide, denying the sexual abuse, or calling me an apologist for anything. Got better ways to spend my time. But I'm very happy to be in conversation with you around this! Not sure how to do this! :)
